Empower Your Journey to Authenticity.
Harness Your Strengths for
Lasting Transformation.
Hello there! I’m so glad you’re here.
Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you navigate through the branches of growth and healing. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can show up as your full self—whether you’re exploring life’s transitions, experiencing the world through a neurodivergent lens, or carrying the weight of pain and trauma.
As a therapist, I enjoy working with individuals navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression. I also specialize in working with trauma as well as the LGBTQIA+ community. I hold deep respect for the unique experiences and strengths each person brings. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to understand yourself more deeply, we will move at your pace, together.
My approach is person-centered and rooted in empathy. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Committment Therapy (ACT), polyvagal theory, and somatic work, to tailor our work to your unique needs, offering both structure and flexibility as we work towards meaningful change. My goal is to support you in feeling seen, understood, and empowered in your journey.
You don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you, and uncover the possibilities of a life fulfilled.

What We can offer you
We help clients go from feeling stuck and disconnected to feeling empowered by discovering who they truly are—so they can reach their full potential and become the best versions of themselves! Our hope and mission is that you feel seen, heard, and safe when you work with us. Please come as you are; there is no judgment here. We strive to provide an inclusive and supportive space for you to heal, and we’re excited to walk alongside you on your mental health journey.
We offer both in-person and telehealth services to meet your unique needs. Virtual care provides added privacy and convenience, especially for those who prefer to receive support from the comfort of home or face challenges such as limited mobility, anxiety, autism, or post-traumatic stress disorder. Whether you choose in-person sessions or online therapy, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
